Terms and Definitions
Unless otherwise specified in this offer, the terms below have the following definition:
Seller — Administration of the online store.
Buyer — any individual purchasing Goods for personal use not related to business activities and who has accepted the public offer under the terms of this offer.
Online Store, Site — a channel for remote sale of Seller's Goods located at an address on the Internet.
Product — digital product, including software, DLC and subscriptions presented in the online store.
Order — a formalized request from the Buyer to purchase a Product.
Personal Account — a set of Site pages created as a result of Buyer registration.
General Provisions
This offer is an official proposal to any individual.
Relations in the field of consumer rights protection are regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" and other legal acts of the Russian Federation.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this offer.
The Buyer agrees to the full text of the offer by registering in the Personal Account or placing an Order.
The Buyer agrees to the terms of sale by clicking the "Buy" button at the final stage of placing the Order.
Promotion terms may contain special provisions regulating the sale of certain products.
By registering on the Site, the Buyer provides consent to receive advertising messages.
Offer Acceptance
Acceptance of this offer is the Buyer's placement of an Order for a Product by clicking the "Buy" button.
When placing an Order, the Buyer agrees to the transfer of personal data.
Subject of the Contract
The Seller undertakes to transfer the Product to the Buyer's ownership.
When placing an Order, the Buyer provides an e-mail.
Payment for the Product is made by methods provided by the Online Store.
Ownership rights transfer from the moment of Product transfer.
Prices are determined by the Seller unilaterally.
Business Type
The site sells unique DLC for CS:GO, CS:2, CS 1.6 games, offering a wide selection of skins, weapons, characters and other gaming elements.
Delivery Terms
Automatic purchase. After purchase, you receive the product on the site and by email.
Payment Security
Payment security is ensured by PAYSELECTION:
- protects and processes your bank card data according to PCI DSS V.3.2.1 security standard
- SSL encryption protocol is applied
- 3D Secure protocol version 3DS 2.0 is used
Returns
After paying for the order, you receive a digital product (for example, an activation key, DLC or subscription) that remains with you, and we cannot verify that it will not be used after return.
A purchased digital product of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange according to clause 14 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2020 No. 2463.
Returns are only possible if there are problems with the product. To confirm, it is necessary to provide a video recording of the complete purchase process:
- starting from the moment of clicking the "Buy" button on the site https://villian.store,
- the entire process of ordering, payment and receiving the product,
- the video must show the entire screen with date and time.
Video recordings from streaming platforms (for example, OBS, Twitch, etc.) are not accepted. In the absence of a recording or doubt about its authenticity, the store has the right to refuse a return.
To process a return, write to support@villian.store. Review period is up to 5 business days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase amount.
The Seller reserves the right to change these terms unilaterally. All changes take effect from the moment of publication on the site.
